The Language and Literature Bureau through the Literature and Magazine Division, organised the Literary Critique Mentoring Programme Appreciation Ceremony 2025, 4th December morning. Such a ceremony is a token of appreciation to the mentors and mentees who successfully attended the critique guidance series.
The programme acts as a platform to identify new writers and critics, designed to ensure that the literary heritage continues to flourish from time to time. Through the cooperation of experienced mentors and the provision of a work space, the organising of the programme is hoped to be a catalyst for the birth of a generation of quality, authoritative and forward-thinking literary critics. Present was Awang Suip bin Haji Abdul Wahab, Acting Director of the Language and Literature Bureau.
The impact of the programme implementation which showed positive results in line with the objectives was presented in the programme's achievement report. Significant improvements can be seen through the mentees' skills in the aspects of writing and critical thinking.
